Notice of Public Bidding
The PNP-Police Regional Office 11 is inviting interested contractors to participate in the bidding for the Construction of the Padada MPS building (Phase 1) of Davao del Sur PPO which has an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Two Million Eight Hundred Ninety Eight Thousand pesos (Php2,898,000.00).
Interested parties may personally obtain bidding documents for a fee as stated below which is non-refundable from RBAC Secretariat starting October 8, 2011 from 8:00 a.m- 5:00p.m.
No Letter of Intent will be accepted after the stipulated deadline and only bidders who passed the eligibility check who are issued written notices to this effect be allowed to participate in the bidding.
The provisions of RA 9184 and its Revised IRR shall govern all particulars relative to eligibility, bid and performance bond, bid evaluation and award of contract.
The PNP–PRO11 reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid, and to annul the bidding process and reject all Bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Bidder or Bidders.

The PNP-Police Regional Office 11 is inviting interested contractors to participate in the bidding for the Construction of the Hagonoy MPS, Davao Sur PPO which has an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Four Million Nine Hundred Fifty Three Thousand pesos (Php4,953,000.00). Interested parties may personally obtain bidding documents for a fee of twenty thousand pesos (P20,000.00) which is non-refundable, from RBAC Secretariat starting October 18, 2010 from 8:00 a.m- 5:00p.m.
