COMPTROLLERSHIP (RCD)
- The RCD is the division principally concerned with Budgeting, Financial reporting, Internal Auditing and Program Review and Analysis;
- It exercises staff supervision over the activities of Accounting Office;
- Maintains fiscal records in the Accounting and control of funds released to the office;
- Responsible in the inspection of supplies and materials and conduct of pre audit and management audit of financial assets of the office;
- Responsible in the collection and remittance to the PNP trust receipt mother account of all fees collected from FA licensing, Security clearances and Licensing, Motor vehicle clearance and other income generated from PNP properties;
- Implement Plans, Policies, Rules and Regulations governing the disbursement and control of funds for the PNP;
- Ensures the timely and proper distribution of funds and CFC’s to all units of the office;
- Process all claims for Pay and Allowances of PNP uniformed personnel and NUP’s and other PNP obligations and maintains individual pay data cards for all personnel of the office; and
- Performs other duties as directed by the Regional Director
